As brand guardians for one of Berkeley’s flagship developments in central London, we were delighted to develop a second campaign to sell the next phase at 250 City Road – the magnificent Carrara Tower. A signature address called for a bold marketing approach and following the successful launch of the first phase of homes, we worked with Berkeley to innovate and create standout communications to continue to grab buyers’ attentions.
High impact bronze hoarding shone through the grey of the urban surroundings to become a powerful lead generator and ‘Living Guides’ distributed at the sales suite, included uniquely styled maps by local artists, showcasing the many travel, cultural, social and gourmet treats the area has to offer.
