A true creative entrepreneur, Jake founded Hunter in 1990 – growing it to today's 50+ team of exceptional brand strategists, multi-disciplinary creatives, and client services professionals. Jake prides himself on getting closely involved in interpreting our clients' needs, developing new and existing relationships, and constantly inspiring the team to pursue original solutions.

She is passionate about building strong partnerships, getting to the heart of what our clients need, then finding ways to apply that insight into our work. She has worked closely with a great mix of global brands including LVMH, Unilever, Waitrose, and Revlon.

Francesco leads Hunter’s creative brand expressions across physical, digital, and environmental touchpoints. He brings over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in the destination, cultural, retail, and luxury property sectors, previously leading London-based agencies with his signature exuberance across European, US, and Asian markets.

Originally hailing from New Zealand, Jane has built up a wealth of experience managing the digital strategy and execution for a host of global brands and corporations. With her razor-sharp research skills and rigorous background in academia, Jane has run award-winning campaigns for the likes of Air New Zealand, Heineken, ASB, Nissan, TVNZ, L'Oreal, Red Bull, and Shiseido.
