The Green Quarter

Reframing one of London’s largest regeneration stories

Challenge

Originally launched as Southall Waterside, the scheme lacked a compelling identity and over-indexed on a canal-led narrative that would take years to materialise. The name and positioning failed to resonate with both domestic and international audiences, limiting early demand.

Impact

The repositioning unlocked demand across UK and international markets, driving consistent early-phase sales and price growth. It established a distinctive identity for one of London’s largest regeneration schemes, with a brand capable of evolving across a long-term delivery programme.

Solution

Using our PAVE® framework, we redefined the vision and repositioned the development as The Green Quarter — a place-led brand rooted in biodiversity, wellbeing and urban nature.

We created a flexible brand platform that shifted the focus from infrastructure to lifestyle, supported by a clear narrative, distinctive identity and globally relevant messaging. This allowed the scheme to connect emotionally with buyers while supporting long-term delivery across multiple phases.
